Services and projects

Project scope, timing, fees, ownership, and responsibilities are defined in the written agreement for each engagement. Booking a call or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Intellectual property

The IkniteOS name, brand, design, copy, graphics, and original site content belong to Iknite Studio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the site in a way that harms Iknite Studio or others.

Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services. Their availability, security, and policies are controlled by their respective providers.
